Terms of Sale

The ACPL Shop is operated by American Collegiate Padel Association (“ACPA”), a Delaware nonprofit corporation, 99 Wall Street, Ste 1601, New York, NY 10005. ACPL is a brand of ACPA. Contact: shop@joinacpl.com.

We ship to United States addresses only. You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Every item is produced specifically for you after you place your order — nothing is pre-stocked. Because of this, orders are not eligible for return or exchange for size, fit, or change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these Terms.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Your order is an offer to purchase. ACPA accepts your order when we send shipment confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a production failure — in which case you receive a full refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ACPA does not receive or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as ACPL SHOP.

Items are produced in 2–5 business days, then shipped with transit typically taking 3–5 additional business days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; reshipment due to an incorrect address is at your cost.

No returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference, or change of mind. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items are replaced or refunded per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Colors may vary depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate. Product descriptions are provided for information and are not a warranty.

ACPL names, logos, and designs are the property of ACPA. Your purchase conveys ownership of the physical item only and grants no license to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any ACPL design or mark.

We provide the limited defect remedy described in the Returns & Refunds Policy. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, ACPA's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price you paid, and ACPA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective on posting and apply to orders placed after the effective date.
